A workshop that will help you transform challenging situations into positions of strength.
How do you manage problems such as stress or forgetting your lines in front of an audience? Through a range of exercises, Nicholas Grafia and Mikołaj Sobczak aim to provide young people with the keys to managing problems both on stage and in everyday life and to eliminating actions and behaviours associated with negative self-judgement while on stage. Failure is part of our public presence; it is part of performance and drama. We simply need to turn it into something positive.
