Towards an experimental model for an autonomous publishing house

How do you set up an independent publishing house or a project that aims to print and distribute published works freely? The members of Éditions Burn~Août will present their association, describing their organisation, their publishing activities and the challenges they face, and the tools put in place to deal with them. They will also discuss the strategies they have implemented to meet the contemporary challenges of publishing. They will then present their different collections, how the editorial process is carried out with authors, and the reflections that have motivated their formal and graphic positions.
