Information Systems Manager

Contract type: full-time open-ended contract
Start date: to be determined

Mudam, Luxembourg’s museum of contemporary art, is seeking an Information Systems and Networks Manager.

Inaugurated in 2006, in a building designed by internationally-renowned architect Ieoh Ming Pei, Mudam is Luxembourg's museum of contemporary art. Our mission is to collect, conserve and exhibit the most relevant contemporary art of our time, and to make it accessible to a broad public. We aim to be leaders in the promotion and understanding of contemporary art through our exhibitions, our publications, and our artistic and educational programmes. Our museum has always been a place for artistic creation and of collaboration with artists.

Located in Europe, at the heart of a cosmopolitan country that is home to 179 nationalities, Mudam aims to reach out to all communities and support everyone’s access to contemporary art. It is important to us that the museum be a living space, a space for dialogue that is accessible to all, where people can address and debate the issues of our contemporary society. We are committed to working towards a more inclusive, tolerant and responsible world, one in which museums play a key role in passing on our heritage to future generations.

Under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Director, Resources and Operations Department, the Information Systems Manager will be responsible for the optimal functioning of the museum's IT and telecoms systems, and ensure they are continually adapting to the needs of Mudam and its users (around 60 workstations).
