The educational programme revolves around the museum’s exhibitions and collection: guided tours, lectures, workshops, small publications or school projects.

By offering a thematic visit/activity with a tablet, students will discover the Post-Capital exhibition in a fun way, thanks to the Actionbound app, a digital treasure hunt. Students will become aware of the influence of digital thechnology in our daily lives and, as they use the tablet, they will understand the focus of this exhibition: the inherent paradox within a capitalist system that is both dependent upon and threatened by technological progress.

Workshop

Print-Swap

Workshop for primary (from C2) and secondary school classes

Within the framework of the exhibition: Post-Capital: Art and the Economics of the Digital Age

Inspired by the Plant Swap project – a plant fair held at Mudam – this is the chance for your class to create little masterpieces which the students can then print and exchange with others. They can create your own version of a wonderful collection of plants by trying their hand at Tetrapak engraving, and then be able to print their drawings onto small cards. At the end of the workshop, there will be a chance to swap the engravings with those of other participants.

The training is aimed at all secondary school teachers, all disciplines combined, who wish to deepen their knowledge of contemporary art by studying artworks selected in one of the museum's current exhibitions.

EduBox

In order to help teachers in developing a school project, preparing a tour with their students, or deepening the experience in class, two educational files for both primary and secondary education were developed within the framework of the exhibition More Sweetly Play the Dance by South African artist William Kentridge.
