In the workshop ‘Cut by Cut: Your Artwork on Paper’, Damien Giudice (28) (aka BOY FROM HOME) offers participants a fascinating insight into his own artistic process. Attendees are guided step by step through the process of creating a printed design – from drawing up a preliminary sketch to carving the linoleum to ultimately transferring the print onto paper. At the end of the workshop, each participant will be able to take home their very own one-off print.

Biography

Damien Giudice (28) (aka BOY FROM HOME) is a young designer and musician from Luxembourg renowned for his distinctive linocuts, which are heavily inspired by botany, wildlife and mystical hybrid creatures. With a solid foundation in graphic design, he merges his academic knowledge with creative expression to produce extraordinary designs. His designs encompass everything from aesthetic analogue prints and stylish T-shirt designs for bands to sophisticated corporate designs for brands and businesses. Thanks to his versatility as an artist, Damien has already managed to leave a lasting impression on Luxembourg’s design and art scene.
