From May to October 2026, Mudam Luxembourg will mark its twentieth anniversary with Dodeka, 12 works for 12 cantons. The title is drawn from the Greek dōdeka, meaning ‘twelve’ – a playful nod to Luxembourg’s twelve cantons.

Join us as twelve artworks from the Mudam Collection – a collection held in trust for everyone in Luxembourg – leave the museum walls and travel to each of Luxembourg’s dozen regions. Hosted by local museums, town halls, libraries or cultural centres, this project brings contemporary art right into the heart of communities across the country – making it possible to discover the Mudam Collection simply by stepping outside your door.

To mark the launch of this nationwide exhibition, we invite you, on 15 May 2026 at 18:00, to a convivial gathering hosted at one of the partner venues, the Centre national de littérature in Mersch.
