The open doors museum weekend was launched by the 'd'stater museeen' group in 1997 and currently extends to more than 40 museums in the country. For these two days of free visits, each participating museum offers its own special cultural programme for the whole family.

The European Capital of Culture Esch2022 and Mudam Luxembourg have commissioned artist and choreographer Cecilia Bengolea to create a new body of work bringing together dance, performance, sculpture and video installation.

Within the framework of the exhibition
25 years of the Mudam Collection

After the success of designing the isothermal mugs, Mudam has invited artist Sacha di Giambattista back for a second collaborative project with Creamisu, the socio-cultural space for exchange and artistic expression for the homeless. This time, we designed notebooks. They will be on sale at Mudam Store for the Invitation aux Musées on the weekend of May 14–15.
