Ana Vaz

Ana Vaz (1986, Brasília) has held solo exhibitions internationally, including at Secession, Vienna (2025); Pivô, São Paulo (2022); Jeu de Paume, Paris (2021); Matadero, Madrid (2019); and LUX, London (2018). She has participated in numerous group exhibitions and biennials, including at Fondation Pernod Ricard, Paris (2023); Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art (2023); Biennale Gherdëina, Dolomites (2022); Palais de Tokyo, Paris (2022); Azkuna Zentroa, Bilbao (2022); Complesso dell’Ospedaletto, Venice (2022); Salzburger Kunstverein, Salzburg (2021); The Royal Academy, London (2019); MAM, São Paulo (2019); SAVVY Contemporary, Berlin (2019); MAAT, Lisbon (2018); HeK, Basel (2018); Whitechapel Gallery (2018); and Tate Modern, London (2018). Her films have been shown in festivals such as MoMA Doc Fortnight, New York (2023); Locarno Film Festival (2022); International Film Festival Rotterdam (2020); Yebisu International Festival for Art and Alternative Visions, Tokyo (2020); Toronto International Film Festival (2019); and New York Film Festival (2019). Her works are in the collections of KADIST, Paris; Collection CNAP, Paris; and FRAC Bretagne.
